Ep 9. How to cope with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks during the pandemic with Eytan

Having depression and anxiety can lead us to dark places in various times. Panic attacks can lead us to an elevated feeling of impending doom. Those who have never experienced it may not understand the severity and discomfort it has upon the depressed or anxious.
