Moxa

Smokeless Moxa

Often used in conjunction with acupuncture to nourish and promote circulation as well as warm the site. If you have cold hands and feet, digestive issues, fertility issues, this would be a great addition. Well the list goes on, and a full article is to come.

To use: light it and hover over the acupressure point

To put out: have a shot glass with rice and put out the lit end after every use

The only catch, it does smell like herbs, mugwort to be exact.

Are Moxa smoke dangerous?
