I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and staying healthy.

We have some major changes coming up in January 1, 2022 in our fees and insurance policy. Due to the substantial increase in overhead costs we are unable to continue our insurance verification courtesies. With newfound rules and regulations, we are now enforcing the following:

For new patients, we are no longer able to verify your insurance coverage on your behalf. To find out if acupuncture services are covered, please contact your plan directly.

For existing patients, we will continue helping you file your claims upon request. Should a claim get rejected for any reason, you are expected to pay the fees of the rendered services at the insurance rate (note: rates are higher than the non-insured rate). We are required by law to collect all copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and fees at the time of service

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and hope you can understand the changes that lies ahead.
